RETURN WINDOW
A return request must be made within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at: +91 7016877363. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
ELIGIBILITY
Returns will only be accepted if the product is Wrong or Defective; otherwise, they will not be valid. Note: We do not offer returns or refunds on certain products. This will be mentioned in the product Description.
MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO
Record one continuous and clear video from the sealed package to the product. The video must clearly show the shipping label and all contents. Claims without an unboxing video may be rejected.
PICKUP & INSPECTION
We will arrange a pickup wherever the service is available. The return will be processed only after a successful QC (Quality Check).
REFUND METHODS & TIMELINE
After the QC process is completed, the refund will be received within 5–7 business days.
